Cancelling or rearranging

If you need to cancel or rearrange, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, we may not be able to offer that time to another client, so please let us know as early as you can.

We know that life doesn’t always go to plan. If something unexpected happens, please get in touch. We’ll always consider your circumstances and do our best to help.
