David Down
Senior Sports Therapist
David founded Milton Keynes Sports Therapy in 2014 and has more than ten years' experience treating everyone from weekend runners to professional athletes. He has worked alongside some of the biggest clubs in Milton Keynes, including MK Dons and MK Lightning, lectured at the University of Bedfordshire, worked on blockbuster film sets and toured with globally renowned artists.
A former GB international judo player and third-degree black belt, David still competes in distance running and obstacle course racing, so he knows first-hand what it takes to perform at your best and stay injury-free.
He draws on a wide range of skills and techniques to give safe, effective care that gets people back to where they were before their injury, and often beyond.
