Who we are

Milton Keynes Sports Therapy is a trading name of David Down Sports Therapy Limited (“we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 11345289). We provide sports therapy, sports massage and acupuncture at Wolverton Swimming & Fitness Centre, Addington Avenue, Milton Keynes MK12 5GH.

Booking

You can book online through our booking page, or by calling us on 01908 035668. You’ll receive a confirmation of your appointment once it’s booked.

Payment

Prices are shown on our website and booking page and include any applicable tax. We accept cash, card (including American Express), and bank transfer when paid in advance.

When you book 5 or more sessions, you can ask your therapist about our 10% course discount.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange, so we can offer the time to someone else. See our cancellation policy for how to get in touch.

Your treatment

Treatment is delivered by qualified therapists. You agree to:

• arrive on time, or let us know as soon as you can if you’ll be late;
• tell us about any relevant medical conditions, medications, or recent injuries so we can treat you safely;
• raise any concerns during treatment so your therapist can adjust.

We may refuse or end treatment if continuing would be unsafe or inappropriate, and may refuse service for behaviour towards staff that we judge to be abusive or threatening.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from an appointment is limited to the amount you paid for that appointment.

We don’t exclude your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Website use

The content of this website (text, images and branding) is ours or used under licence. You may view it for personal use but not re-publish it. The website is provided as-is and we don’t guarantee it will always be available.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
